What this workshop is

The Rooted Immersive is a 90-minute live virtual workshop where you'll do something most leadership programs never let you do:

Stop performing. And actually figure out why you started.

You will name the cultural conditioning that has been shaping how you lead under pressure and finally let it land in your body.

You will find which of the Five Archetypes is running your leadership, the specific pattern you built to survive rooms that weren't built for you.

You will feel, briefly, safely, in the presence of other women who get it, what it costs you to keep leading this way.

And you will leave with something you can't un-know.

You will speak in the meeting before you've rehearsed the perfect response.

You will walk into the high-stakes room without running the scenario 14 times the night before.

Calladita Culture® is what I call the conditioning that teaches first-generation women to lead from performance. The over-preparation. The code-switching. The carrying of rooms that were never designed to hold us. The silence that felt like wisdom and eventually started to feel like a cage.

I'm a clinical EFT practitioner, trauma-trained, somatic practitioner, and Brainspotting-trained. Which means I know and strongly believe in something most coaches skip: telling a dysregulated nervous system to think differently. That is not coaching, it's harm.

The body leads, then the mind follows.

Yes. And this is one of the most important things to understand about this work.
Calladita Culture® is not about being a quiet woman. It's about what happens when first-generation Latinas enter systems: corporate, professional, institutional, that were not designed to hold them. Some women were raised with silence as a survival strategy. Others were raised with voice and power, and then spent years being told they were too much, too loud, too assertive.
Both are the wound. One is undercompensation. The other is overcompensation. The goal of this work is not to make loud women quieter or quiet women louder. The goal is to help you find the most grounded version of yourself, the one who leads from certainty instead of from what the room expects.

That said, come live if you can. The integration moment in this workshop is held as a group. What happens in a room of women who are doing this work together is different from what happens watching it alone on a Tuesday afternoon. The recording will give you the teaching. The live session will give you the experience.
