Pondering to let go

This one is going to take less time than it takes to delegate who is going to organize the secret Santa this year. Tadum!!!

Winter Solstice arrived in the Northern Hemisphere and gifted us with the longest day of the year. During this time, I tend to wake up earlier and go to bed earlier, I move so much with the sun and his rays truly feed my soul.

The arrival of Winter Solstice reminded me to sit in stillness and wonder about the movement of our own seasonality. How fast we move daily from moving, creating, fueling, to barely enjoying the stillness that winter brings.

And because I promised I’d keep this one quick, I leave you with some pondering questions you can muddle through as you find yourself rushing to find a mistletoe, or in line to order your peppermint mocha:

  • How am I creating space for rest and integration this season?

  • What are the essential paths and opportunities I choose to take on next year?

  • What habits am I leaving behind this year?

See, you’re done reading this in no time. The pondering time is up to you though, I hope you give yourself the gift of self reflection. That is completely optional.

To a relaxed and restful jolly weekend,

~ Pam
