So we are calculating it differently

This calculator starts with the life you want, the savings, the vacations, your family, and works backward to the number that pays for it. Your lived experience also counts. Your unseen hours all count, and all of it goes in the price.

One thing to note: Your hourly rate is client facing rate. Admin rate means the work you do behind the scenes like sending emails, billing, invoicing, etc. Usually you have two rates, the client facing and the admin rate, both for you.

To determine how much you pay a team, that’s a different calculation.
