Though everyone is welcome to join us, our tapping circles center the experience of Black Indigenous People of Color (or People of the Global Majority).

Joining this Tapping Circle is an opportunity to come together as a group and generate more collective healing. When we tap with others, not only are we regulating our nervous system, but we’re also helping others feel better by sharing our powerful energy even through a virtual room.
